Sensit – Pressure OEM Series PA

“The Standard”  OEM Pressure Transmitter 4-20mA Output.

The PA-Advanced series is a two wire, 4-20mA pressure
transmitter and is available in standard ranges from
0.5 bar to 600 bar, or may be scaled to customer
requirements. All ranges are available in gauge or
absolute format.

Description:
The PA-Advanced pressure transmitter is based on a four active arm strain gauge bridge fused to a high purity
alumina ceramic diaphragm, offering high natural
output coupled with superb chemical and corrosion
resistance. This is housed within a stainless steel case with integral electronics and is supplied with a plug and socket electrical connection. Pressure connection is a G1/4 male thread as standard. Other threads are available on request.

Keyence-KV 1000 PLC

Features
Fastest in Its Class
Performance and User-Friendliness Accelerate Control

Installed with “KV-VELOCE”, the engine dedicated for ladder execution
“KV-VELOCE”, an engine dedicated for full 32-bit ladder execution, has been newly developed. Dual execution of “KV-VELOCE” and “32-bit RISC CPU” enables a ladder program of 30 k steps to be executed in 1 ms. This has achieved unprecedented high-speed processing such as a PCMIX value of 24.2, LD 25 ns, OUT 25 ns, and a minimum scan time of 80 µs. Also, even if many arithmetic instructions are used, the arithmetic operation speed rarely decreases because KV-VELOCE employs internal full 32-bit processing. In addition, in KV-VELOCE, the speed of complicated arithmetic processing stands out even further.

* VELOCE means “fast” in Italian.

Mechanism of high-speed processing
The 32-bit RSIC CPU is responsible for information system processing, and the KV-VELOCE is responsible for ladder decoding and execution. KV-VELOCE employs pipeline and Harvard architecture* to drastically improve instruction execution efficiency. In addition, building a Floating point number Processing Unit (FPU) into KV-VELOCE enables KV-VELOCE to exercise overwhelming computing power.
* Harvard architecture refers to a structure where instructions and data are stored in separate memories.

Advanced Software
Support of split programming method
The KV-1000 employs a modularized structure (structured ladder) in which ladders can be split and designed in modules. It also employs a local device to provide more flexible program design. Flexible program design enables effective use of ladder resources.

Original instruction words can be created freely.
The KV-1000 comes with the macro function that enables you to freely create original instruction words. With this function, you can handle a program as one instruction word.

Dual Language programming support
The KV-1000 enables you to create a program in “ladder + script” dual language. You can write complicated arithmetic expressions as they are in script language. This makes programming more efficient.

Multi-Function and Large-Capacity
CPU unit full of special functions
The CPU unit itself incorporates 24 I/Os and special unit functions. It can also serve as an application controller alone.

SD memory card support (industry’s first support)
The KV-1000 comes equipped with a memory card slot (SD/MMC) as standard (equipment). This card supports batch change of programs and logging of a large quantity of data.

Large-capacity 160 k steps
The KV-1000 has adopted SDRAM to achieve sufficient memory capacity (industry’s first adoption). You do not need to consider program capacity, even with large-scale control.

Dynapar-CPL Encoder Couplings

CPL Flexible Shaft Couplings:

  • Maximum mechanical, thermal, and electrical protection for
  • encoder shaft connections
  • Three-beam helical design restricts torque “windup”
  • Clamp attachment. No setscrews to score or pit shafts
  • Full range of models designed to match specific encoders are
  • supplied with shaft size adaptors

Application/Industy:
CPL Series couplings are carefully matched to the requirements of our encoders and are an excellent, low cost way to protect your investment and avoid equipment downtime.

Description:
The method of coupling rotational input to an encoder is an important consideration. Excessive shaft loading and poor environmental
isolation are the leading causes of encoder failure and operational errors.

Even the most carefully designed machinery will produce shaft forces due to inherent thrusts, and eccentricities. Since encoder shafts and bearings must be engineered to have very restricted axial and radial play, using a Dynapar brand CPL Series coupling affords maximum protection against these common hazards.

A unique 3-beam design divides the coupling’s helix into three segments.
This feature maintains transfer accuracy by restricting windup during torque, yet retains full protective flexibility. In addition to controlling mechanical shaft and bearing loads, the coupling further protects the encoder by providing a high degree of electrical and thermal isolation between coupled shafts. This is accomplished with a phenolic insulator-insert that blocks passage of potentially damaging heat, electrical currents and static charges.

Each CPL Series coupling is supplied with two insulator-inserts (three for metric models) that allow it to fit standard shaft diameters (see Models table, Secondary Bore). Attachment at both ends is via integral 360° clamps that firmly grip the encoder shaft and input shaft, remaining slip-free to the rated
torque of the coupling.
