LOCAL: – Australia Wide:
A standard delivery charge of $25.00 / up to 3KG applies to all orders shipped overnight for next day delivery using TOLL Priority .
This service extends to most regional areas also, with Post Office boxes being included as an acceptable delivery address.
Orders received prior to 2:00pm ACST will be dispatched for next day delivery dependent upon product availability and order size. Part orders will be sent at the customer’s request, but may incur more than one delivery charge.
A consignment note number will be issued upon request, in order to keep you updated as to the whereabouts of your delivery by using the Web Track facility supplied by Toll Priority Web track facility at TOLL: Priority.
Note: If a delivery is required to be left at a location, where nobody is present to sign for acceptance, please download the below authority, complete and fax back to Veederline.
Authority to leave without Signature:
Saturday Morning Deliveries and Next Flight (same day) deliveries can be organized at the customer’s request where urgency may be required to solve a breakdown situation.
Heavier or bulkier orders will be Road Freight via TOLL: Off Peak so please plan for a longer delivery time. To track your delivery by visiting – TOLL: Off Peak.
INTERNATIONAL:
International orders will also be dispatched via UPS Express and then charged to the client accordingly. The same option applies with UPS to track your delivery by visiting, UPS.
Note: Both domestic and international clients may wish to nominate their own courier, but account numbers must be issued with the purchase order if you choose this method.
Customers wishing to nominate their own courier do so at their own risk. Goods are considered delivered in full, upon receipt of a drivers signature, received at collection.
