AMCI Model: NEXUS #NX2A4- 4 cannel Resolver Interface.

The concept of a resolver interface is nothing new to the industrial marketplace. The same cannot be said of AMCI’s NEXUS NX2A4_; arguably the most versatile resolver interface available today.

Engineered to provide absolute position and velocity data directly to the network, the four resolver channels can be configured three different ways: (4) single resolver inputs, (2) dual resolver multiturn inputs, and (2) single resolver inputs + (1) dual resolver multiturn input.

With 13-bit resolution for single resolver applications and 20-bit resolution for dual resolver applications, the NX2A4_can be used in applications ranging from metal stamping to high speed assembly and to overhead cranes. Whether your application calls for a single-turn resolver, multi-turn resolver, or some combination of both, the NEXUS resolver interface is the solution.

In addition to the above functionality, the NX2A4_ also has a brake input that provides stopping time and brake applied position to the network. This information can be used for brake wear monitoring thereby ensuring operator safety.
